This workshop is alive with activities, to build resilience, improve impulse control and give you practical tools to take away with you.

 

Immerse yourself in the world of Yoga and Mindfulness, be prepared to practice and learn yoga like a child, while laughing, dancing, playing, and singing.

 

Yoga and Mindfulness is a great way for students to increase awareness of themselves, others, and the world, while having fun.

 

Students build awareness of their physical, social, emotional health and wellbeing skills and are equipped with skills to deal with lives pending challenges of adolescent and adulthood.

Yoga and Mindfulness is a wonderful way for children to stay (or become) confident, strong, balanced, and healthy. Yoga engages a child's natural, boundless energy, and conveys valuable lessons in positive thinking and body/mind awareness through a non-competitive physical activity.

 

We believe that students learn best when they’re having fun.

About Nikki

 

Nikki Bonus experienced an amazing transformation in her life through the practice of yoga, mindfulness and personal development more than 20 years ago. And now, after founding and running one of Sydney’s largest yoga and Health studios for over 12 years, teaching classes to thousands of men, women, children and families in her community and witnessing their transformations, she is passionate about bringing the benefits of wellbeing and healthy life skills to everyone in Australia.

She is the founder of Yoga To Go, Yoga to Go Kids and Life Skills Group – a national schools program that establishes a foundation of Healthy life skills in the lives of children throughout Australia. As well as writing, developing and delivering Professional Development Programs for classroom teachers. Her programs have been approved by BOSTES, offering learning not only to the students, yet also bringing new skills to classroom teachers. She believes in equipping teachers with tools to be able to teach their students skills to build resilience, develop self-responsibility, foster mindfulness and develop calmer classrooms.

She is a renown Key Note Speaker, widely published, conducts retreats throughout the world and holds workshops and Professional Development programs in the corporate and education sector on a regular basis, whilst maintaining a balance in her career and family.

Nikki’s competed the curriculum training, How to use Mindfulness with children and adolescents with Mindful schools as well as starting a masters in Mindfulness in Schools.

Undoubtedly Nikki is a strong role model for her children and those who have witnesses her courageous and inspiring journey, especially after the suicide of her brother.

Nikki’s passion is educating and empowering individuals to deal with the life on life’s terms.

Nikki offers practical skills and wisdom from the heart that comes from overcoming difficulties in her own life as well as juggling multiple roles, which can assist professionals from all walks of life.

Nikki leads with openness in an inspiring manner, which is not only mesmerizing, it is contagious.
