We are pleased to announce that Andrea Muslin from Protective Behaviours will be presenting a workshop at the 2010 Positive Schools Conference

Protective Behaviours WA is Western Australia’s leading prevention education organisation working in WA and Internationally to prevent child abuse.
Our programs seek to prevent child abuse by providing greater awareness and understanding; as well as providing the tools and strategies for individuals, organisations, parents, families and communities to address and deal with these issues. Our strong and specialised service provides a dynamic professional response to child protection.
Andrea is the longest serving member of Protective Behaviours WA and joined the organisation in 1993. Andrea is highly regarded in WA as a powerful trainer and successful advocate and innovator in the prevention of child sexual abuse.
Andrea has been a police officer for 20 years and has extensive experience in the field of child sexual and physical abuse both in a proactive and reactive manner. As a mother of 6 children and a grandmother of one she brings to the organisation a wealth of knowledge and an undying commitment to the protection of children across WA.
Andrea also has extensive experience in the Domestic Violence field and currently chairs the Family Violence Prevention Legal Service in the Gascoyne.
Andrea has been highly commended for her services to women and children and has earnt numerous nominations in recognition of her contribution to the protection of women & children across WA.
