This talk will focus on how Frank gets ‘buy in’ for young people to feel like the project is theirs, and has meaning in their life. Through anecdote and examples, this talk will outline how these two strategies work in tandem to engage young people joyfully and meaningfully in a range of projects from juvenile detention to pure art workshops.
